JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC — as many as you like
Location data and camera details are removed automatically when the image is rewritten.
What this is for: shrinking a photo that's too large to email, converting a HEIC file from
an iPhone into something everything else can open, or resizing a batch down to a consistent width
for a website. Quality controls how hard the image is squeezed — 85 is a good default, and dropping
to around 70 usually halves the file again before anyone notices. Because the picture is redrawn
from scratch, hidden data like GPS coordinates and camera details get dropped along the way, and
the files themselves never leave your device.
